Caber Toss

Caber Toss is so interesting that I have to have a separate post dedicated to it. I've wanted to see it myself ever since I watched the movie 'Made of Honor'. So what makes it interesting? I guess I was just amazed at how these people were strong enough to do it. I mean, those logs must be really heavy, aren't they?

Step 1: get ready to lift the log up


Step 2: carry the log as far as you can


Step 3: throw the log (I don't have a pic of the same person throwing the log, so I'll give you some pics of different people throwing the log)


There is a rule that decides whether or not a throw is valid. From my observation, it seems that the log has to twirl at least one full circle in order for it to be valid.
